Move-In Check List:

• Get your parking decal. Those without them will be towed. NOTE: Please be sure to park in a legal spot, a parking sticker won't help if you're parked illegally.
  
  
• Have you forwarded all of your mail to your new local address? For uninterrupted mail delivery, the Post Office recommends that you make your change request 30 days in advance. Click here for a printable Post Office address change request form and a frequently asked questions page.



• Turn the utilities for your apartment on in your name and keep your receipt. Now you may connect your utilities online through the following link:
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Check your phone to be sure that it has been connected and is working properly.
  
  
• Has the Manager given you a copy of your lease and any other supporting documents? If not, go see him/her to get copies for your records!
  
  
• Don’t forget to ask the manager any questions you may have about the rules and regulations of our property.
